What is strange with the above article is that it says that Israel is offering the Barak, aka F-16 C/D, while press announcements say that Israel has put up the Netz, aka F-16 A/B for sale.
IIRC, the Netz'es has an average of more than 8,000 flight hours,
so they should be low cost, but maybe not a bargain.
