What's new

27th Feb. The Winners & The Losers, Oh The Irony !

They said many a things and yes, I remember. Do you remember online keyboard generals evaluating the camera feed of SOW which went blank before touching ground and been saying that it was actually a failed attempt because video stopped way before explosion/midway. No one was understandingly asking the right questions to Modi Sarkar and can never do so. The same reason that they have to order an urgent shipment of artillery rounds due to losses.

No doubt the PAF outsmarted and ouaneuverd the IAF, but the drum beating and jingoistic bombast ever since then has been quite extraordinary. The PAF presentation not long ago seemed more like a gameshow rather than a presentation by a professional organisation, with a song and dance routine and pilots brought on like movie stars. The museum and wax replica of Abi is particularly disturbing. This wouldn't happen in any other place, most airforces would give a press briefing and that's it, otherwise they would quietly get on with the job. The Indians are even worse, and if the outcome was reversed, Bollywood and their media would have quite literally exploded by now. There's an old saying "Pakistan and India treat cricket like war, and war like cricket". A skirmish is one thing, but it would be extremely foolish to underestimate the IAF in a full blown hot war.

What a coincidence or as fate would have it, The PAF ''Boss'' taking a flight with Wing Commander Nauman Ali, who came out victorious during the combat with Indian Air Force on 27th February 2019 when he shot down an Indian MiG-21 thus earning the nick name as ''Bison Blaster''.
The then IAF ACM, on the other hand had to fly for publicity with the victim MiG-21 pilot Wing Commander Abhinandan, who has earned the reputation of ''Chaiwala''.

Indian media claimed that Naoman Ali was shot down and then killed by the Mob thinking he was Indian.
the problem is that Naoman is reincarnated and very much there ready to increase his kill score.

I suspect the ham-hamded big brother was behind the statue. The PAF has had better taste in the past.

The other problem is that every PAF Pilot India has claimed of shooting down or being killed by mob have all some how gone to give interviews after their apparent demise.

I thought reincarnation was a Hindu thing.

it is not true,
they live in the alternative reality of NDTV and Bollywood.

I am sure we will tone down our celebration next time.
I agree with your criticism but do remember, we have Indian mindset at hand that operates like a showbiz media so it was treated in kind.
