.....as a matter of fact, Indian women have more rights(constitutional) than man......but the real question is, for how long the Chinese people will tolerate propaganda from their govt., when will their conscience force them to force their govt. to not hide crime statistics of China from the world.

Zoombies dont have sense of realism :D

Raper are strongly contempted in China, no one will blame the victim.

UN Study Looks at High Rate of Rape

the problem in south asian culture is wedding... a gril's side is supposed to bear the bulk of the finances of the marriage....having an unmarried daughter above the age of 28/30 is considered very shameful(perhaps not the right word)... moreover relatives and acquaintances start questioning as to why is the girl not being married... life's mission is incomplete without the daughter being married... also the parent's old age is to be taken care of by the son not the daughter...

So having a girl is (wrongfully) considered bad relatively speaking. Now this thought process leads to a male dominant society where a boy/male is considered more useful...

Add to it the media's sexuality and and abortion of female childs, you have sexually frustrated males with very relatively lesser would be brides.... Also throw in some poverty factors and lack of education ... and there you go ...you get rapes

I invite you to come to my Home in Navaratri to see whether whatever I said is right or not? You will see girls dressed in very beautiful traditional dress wearing gold ornaments moving till late night for Garba without even a trace of fear of moving in nights.

SO you believe in BBC RIght? Find here with BBC link stating that half of chinese have raped .

In Cambodia, China and Indonesia it ranged from one in five to almost half of all men surveyed.

BBC News - Almost a quarter of men 'admit to rape in parts of Asia'

Now let us see whether you are able to accept the source which you believed is true if they write against India.
I'm not fully believing BBC. why this rapes happen in Dehli at the most?

In China, parents will be mainly taken cared of by daughter, as well as sons. Meanwhile, you need to prepare a bulk of money to girls famiy if you wanna a decent wife in urban area.

You need to get up to speed.

......first they have to know that rape has happened somewhere, then the reaction of blaming/not blaming comes BUT when your govt. suppresses the incident as soon as it learns about it, how will the common public know what is happening where??
You wouldn't probably know even if someone is raped nextdoor, similarly, no-one else but your family members would know if someone from your family gets raped, that's how the situation is in China....which you don't want to admit.

You hit the points.

No, that's the 'Should be China' in your mind. Not in the reality.

Still the ratio of rape is very low even in Delhi compared to other countries but high compared to India. Reason may be many. Perhaps the metro culture. However, Now we are fully focusing to reduce that and you will witness a sharp decline in near future.

In India, if you touch a girl without her permission than it is a rape. Look at Tarun Tejpal case. While getting down from 3rd floor to ground floor in lift together , a journalist girl charged his editor that he did some unacceptable gesture with her and editor is in jail for rape case.
