What chines tank is 4th gen ?
Or what options PA have fora 4th gen tank

There’s technically no 4th generation tank in service anywhere. USA and Europe are working on their next generation tank projects currently, they’re in the design phase. T-14 and Atlay can be considered 4th Gen in some metrics but not all, however neither not in full service yet, T-14 due to Russian economic issues and Atlay still under development.
China will probably start work on their next generation tank somewhere down the line too.

For a tank to be considered truly “next generation” it would need to do something that the current generation of tanks dont, while Tanks like the T-14, Atlay, Leo 2A7+ and K2 are at the final cutting edge of the current generation of tanks, they haven’t broken into what I’d consider “4th Gen” just yet.

Let say if you buy OPOLOT M with TOT. Will they allowed you to completely manufacture engines in Pakistan. No they won't. What I am trying to say if you somehow can only get engine technology that is worth it.

Pakistan does need to setup the infrastructure to allow for the manufacture of military engines, for trucks, artillery and tanks, etc. The army is large enough to warrant this infrastrucutre.

There have been plenty of talks to start this with help from Ukraine, starting with engines for AK, hopefully something comes out of it.
