its a yearly thing, they have these "tourists" who just occupy large areas and make a mess cooking on their cylinders etc... us crowd k lie hai.

I have heard about these people from some locals. The locals dislike that they create a mess, live on a shoestring budget and don't contribute anything meaningful to the local economy.

Drinking Sharaab is for Goa, as drinking water is for others .
Real deal is higher things which takes one even higher , alas I dont have money for higher things to get to even higher places, nor have I ever been to Goa in first place.
