Sabse pehle samosay nikalay freezer se deep fry karne ke liye to dekha oil thora sa. Is waqt oil kahin milega bhi nai. Phir mein ne ghee use ki aur namaz parhne laga to wapas aakar dekha samosay kalay hogaye poray...

Lagta hai gas ka pressure aap ki ghar mai bhi kam hai.

Did you went to pray while frying due to less gas pressure? Or do you recklessly do that often?

I just made tea and pressure was so low that it took me around 20 minutes.

Witr rehte the isha ke, mein ne kaha chalo 2.5-3 min lagenge.

Frozen samosay dalay, namaz parhi, wapas aya to jalay hoe the neche se. i guess it has got to do with heat capacity of ghee as compared to oil. I set the Flames low as well.
