The thread got closed so I moved to reply:
I sometimes think that it does not make any difference...for example see the difference between Pakistani and indian members. This rape happens in almost every country including Pakistan but Pakistan members condemn such an act and you can feel sincerity in their words...But Indians, unsurprisingly, not only do not condemn rather come up with illogical justifications or just say that happens in your country too. That's really an abhorring behaviour.
