What do Pakistanis think of Indian Muslims?

Please convey that to Syrians, Yemenis, ISIS, TTP, Hazaras etc.

They might find comfort in the Quranic sayings.

Everyone is held accountable for their actions. They are criminals!

And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his punishment is hell; he shall abide in it, and Allah will send His wrath on him and curse him and prepare for him a painful chastisement. Surah Al-Nisa v93

May Allah bless you and make it easy on you. Amin!

i have few questions for fellow South Asian Members,

1) What do Pakistanis think of Indian Muslims?
we think of them as Indians who share the same faith as other Muslims of the world
2)What do Pakistanis (and indians too )think of Mughal empire?n Akbar the Great ?

if this question is for Pakistani/ Indian Muslims then the opinion maybe divided from indifferent to negative. because of his relgious innovation of Deen a Ilahi. in my opinion he was no different to other Mughal emperors.

3)How did the Mughal Empire impact Pakistan's and India's culture and history?

this question is a subject on its own and a precise/ short answer is impossible. their impact is evident on our food, culture, literature, architecture, infrastructure, its influence may be positive and some negative (depending on who you ask) and of varying intensity but it is there just for people to see who are objective

apart from them or British other invaders from the central Aisa/ Afghanistan were simply looters who came and ransacked the place, stole Indian money and women and went back.

:smart:
see answers in red above

But he formulated a new religion altogether, isn't it ? Islam stands where it is.
you got that right

Curious question - Do many Indian Muslims bring Idols to their house even though it is forbidden in Islam? Do they worship to Hindu gods like Krishna, Shiva, Rama, many unknown names and others than real God?

Akabar was a very smart ruler he just mixed religion with governance to rule such a vast empire of Hindustan. Alla ...hu... Akbar allah..prayer call gives the example that how he compared himself with Islamic god Allah.

Do Muslims worship black stone as god in Kaaba and Muslims throughout the world pray only in the direction of this idol.????
Idols for Indian muslims are Kabaa, Koran, Muhammad, Mecca, stone house, Darga of Saints, Ayatolla, Persian writings, Apostle’s (PBUH) act of kissing the stone, go to a grave and pray the dead, blank wall,Hafiz Ali, idols inside Kaaba?…?

MUST AVOID THEOLOGICAL DEBATE ABOUT FAITH
ITS A BIG MUST.
JUST STOP RIGHT THERE

I dont want to prejudge the intention of the question or the validity of the answer but there is potential for both of you to go potty taking all of us with you.

so I urge you both who are smart educated and articulate in your own right to BACK OFF now. and stay true to the subject of the thread for at least one or 2 pages

I know it will turn into an aftermath of a circus in the end and someone will have to close is but there is no harm in hoping that you guys will change your habits

According to the hadith, the Ka'aba in Mecca was a center of idol-worship, with the Ka'aba housing 360 idols:

Narrated 'Abdullah bin Masud: The Prophet entered Mecca and (at that time) there were three hundred-and-sixty idols around the Ka’aba. He started stabbing the idols with a stick he had in his hand and reciting: "Truth (Islam) has come and Falsehood (disbelief) has vanished."
Sahih Bukhari 3:43:658
Prophet Muhammad discarded the 360 idols but retained for Islam, the Ka’aba with its Black Stone, justifying it with the claim that Abraham and Ishmael originally constructed it. However, there is no historical or archaeological evidence for the existence of the Ka’aba beyond a few hundred years before Muhammad's lifetime. In fact, Muhammad's own words disprove any connection he was attempting to make between Abraham, Ishmael and the Ka’aba.

The Qur'an says Abraham built it:

Remember We made the House a place of assembly for men and a place of safety; and take ye the station of Abraham as a place of prayer; and We covenanted with Abraham and Isma'il, that they should sanctify My House for those who compass it round, or use it as a retreat, or bow, or prostrate themselves (therein in prayer).
Qur'an 2:125
Muhammed says it was built 40 years prior to the Temple at Jerusalem:

Narrated Abu Dhaar: I said, "O Allah's Apostle! Which mosque was built first?" He replied, "Al-Masjid-ul-Haram." I asked, "Which (was built) next?" He replied, "Al-Masjid-ul-Aqs-a (i.e. Jerusalem)." I asked, "What was the period in between them? He replied, forty years.

Since your country man asked me to leave you alone,
so i will leave you alone.

If you want, open a thread, and tag me into it and then we will see if you are capable of a logical discussion.

nother movement based amongst Afghan Pashtuns is abolishing the Durand Line, which proponents of this idea believe to be illegal, and returning what is now Pakhtunkhwa toAfghanistan which would mean creating a "Greater Afghanistan" resembling Afghanistan before the Durand agreement.[2] Afghanistan still has not recognized the Durand line which remains a very controversial issue between the two countries.[3]

Pashtunistan is a proposed state for ethnic Pashtuns seeking to separate Pashtuns from Pakistan and Afghanistan.[4]

The numbe of Pashtuns (including moderators of this site) itself hould be sufficient for ppl like you to keep shut.

Most Pakistanis I have met considers Indian Muslims as their 'mazlum' brothers being oppressed by evil India in their homeland.

But the reality is contrary, besides oppression on Kashmiris, most Indian Muslims are fine. In fact the Gujarati Muslims are very harsh when you talk about patriotism. Obviously it's their nation so it is understandable.

India Muslimano per zulm kar raha hai is a common phrase amongst the uneducated Pakistanis who perhaps has not even seen the map of South Asia

thats why i said above Never Question Whiteness of Some Pakistani Members xD
Dont tell me that Indians or Bollywood have no obsession with white/fair..Bollywood dont prefer kale people and to be super star you must be fair and white looking as far as actress concern lol White chamri is popular even if they cannot speak hindi cannot act and even if they are **** star lol . Its all ok as long as they are white ..Read this

The reason for the Indian obsession with fair skin can be traced back to the caste system where dalits or 'untouchables' often had much darker skin to the higher castes. The inherent implication is that if you have fair skin, you are somewhat superior to others around you as if darkness were an illness which one must cure. This obsession is observed mainly among Indian women. Even though my skin complexion would be considered okay by Indian standards, I remember how I was compared to my sister because she is fairer and therefore 'extra' pretty.

The advertising industry is cashing in on this obsession which is engrained in every aspect of our culture. 'Fair and Lovely' is one such cosmetic brand that's been around for years and has become the household name in India. In all its advertisements, it has espoused to be the cure for dark skin. Such advertisements have always disempowered women because they have encouraged the notion that women have to be fair and pretty to be eligible for marriage. I remember watching this ad where a girl is rejected by the groom's family because she is dark skinned; a relative then advises her to use 'Fair and Lovely' and within 4-5 weeks she becomes fair. She bumps into the suitor who rejected her, he insists on marrying her and she agrees. I find this not only dumb but also quite unrealistic. I find this culture quite appalling where women are forced to judge themselves on their appearance and this obviously has a damaging effect on their self-esteem.

Another reason why this obsession has become so engrained in our culture is the romanticizing of western attributes. The fact is that Katrina Kaif, who is now a successful actress in Bollywood, is of foreign origin and she was welcomed with open arms because of her fair complexion. The idea that women must yearn for lighter skin of western women because it's more attractive is very disturbing. I really don't see why one should change their natural looks just to please the crowd.

Despite the disturbing facts of the racism reality there has been a step in the positive direction with celebrities like Nandita Das running campaigns against the fairness obsession. In her 'Dark is Beautiful' campaign, she describes how in Bollywood it's a pre-requisite for actresses to be fair-skinned. Let's be honest: How many dark-skinned actresses do we see in Bollywood? Nandita also refers to the fact that most of the articles written about her describe her as dusky-skinned and, very understandably, she doesn't like being called 'dusky' because she is being categorised into something she was naturally born into and has no personal control over. The campaign has had an overwhelming response from people across India.
