anjem is british.. as anybody else. you cannot deport him anywhere.
you cant lock him away because he did nothing illegal yet.

qatada is citizen of jordan, he was given asylum in Uk. Even deportation was nearly impossible, courts stopped deportation many times over human rights issues in jordan (qatada claimed he might face torture in jordan).
It was only when jordanians guaranteed his safety he was deported.
