US, India and Japan launch joint naval exercises to keep China in check

I dont think China care about this piece of crap drill, since its just a matter of mins plus a matter of several DF-21/26s.

So have you mastered the art of Guiding a Mach 20 re entry vehicle to a precise location of a moving target?

Why bother even asking? The combined Naval force of Japan, India and most especially the Very very primitive US are no match for the hyper power.

It wouldn't even be a fair fight. For starters, the very primitive USN would not be able to Target and Destroy any Chinese ships/bases because they are apparently surrounded by indestructible force fields.

It would be a completely one-sided conflict with absolutely zero damage to the Chinese side with the entire USN, Japanese and Indian Navy being totally obliterated.

Still your ships are operating far away from your homeland bases. You neither have air cover or a stationed fleet like the US 7th fleet in Djibouti or Gwadar. You are not facing a navy like the Phillipine navy or the Vietnamese navy. Above all you also have the 2 US fleets in the IOR permanently based.
I told you, those ships are providing deterrence, NOT INVADE INDIA. You think we need to sail back to China to replenish?. Firstly, we are not going against US, on the contrary we are protecting world trade against Indian harassment. Remember, the ships you are planning to blockade are most likely controlled by Maersk/Shell/Exxon, they have their interest to maintain the trade. Do you dare seize an Exxon oil shipment?:D

And yeah those turbine blades gave us a lot of problems so it has been substituted with indigenous manufacturers even if it costs more. That was one of the examples. The turbines that you provided with no safety features were the reason for the low cost. The CEA report has made a mockery of yours.

Satish, that article is talking about Chinese branded equipment. What they don't realize is even the alternative indigenous BHEL is using Chinese blades and parts. India cannot manufacture those high pressure compression blades and high pressure/temp alloy tubings genius, that's why they are buying from China. Previously, there was a campaign to demonize Chinese power equipment by BHEL, it was reported that the so call 'failures' were exaggerated by Indian media. Use some common sense, your TATAS and AMBANIS are private businessmen, they are running those power plants, of course they had done the proper evaluation to use it, otherwise they will lose money. China didn't put a gun on their heads to buy Chinese goods.

Think about it, you are continuously buying Chinese capital equipment in the billions year after year. Does it mean your 'world class' private companies and entrepreneurs are idiots?

The South Africans too had a bad experience with Chinese railway engines.

http://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/N...-chinese-locomotives-fail-first-test-20170123

Mike Asefovits, a senior manager at Transnet's corporate affairs division, said the vibrating alternators are not cause for concern.

"The manufacturing process is at prototype stage and this is when you pick up niggles and fix them. It is common phenomena that from design to build to test there will always be a measure of technical issues that might arise," said Asefovits. He said such issues are generally resolved during testing and commissioning.

The HTMS Naresuan that the Chinese supplied was very badly engineered

The list goes on and on. Google is your friend man. You can use it.

oops sorry you do not have google in your country. And you ask me to search for neutral sources? You are a funny person.
Did you read my previous post properly? Chinese wares in the late 80s to earlu 90s were not consistently reliable. You are trying really hard to find 'grounded' equipment right? That ship is still operational until today after improvements.

The harsh criticisms lead to many improvements in China's shipbuilding industry. By the mid-1990s, the Thai Navy was confident enough to order two enlarged 053 hulls (F25T), later named HTMS Naresuan and HTMS Taksin, to be fitted with western engines and weapon systems

Please that is too sarcastic. I will give USN a day or 2 to wipe out our Navy and send us back to stone age. That is the power you people have. But hey we will take atleast 2 CBGS down along with us.:p:

Okay my friend.. Fair enough

No one has mastered that. Only country who is close to mastering it are the Russians. so you can dream on.

In 2009, a Chinese General officially said a stealth fighter was going to fly in 2010/2011. Indians didn't believe it and were laughing so hard. There are now 6 operational planes, more than the operational LCAs.

In 2003, the Chinese said they are going to launch humans to space, the Indians didn't believe it and were also laughing hard. 14 years have passed, China had already launch 6 manned mission and India is still planning.

In 2015, the Chinese said they are going to build the fastest supercomputer, the Americans set an embargo and banned Intel chips, Intel had to retrench a few hundred people. A year later, the fastest supercomputer with Chinese chips was created.

Today the Chinese claim they have an ASBM which can be precisely guided, Indians are still laughing.:D

Well there is no more 'Chinese' in Indian Government enterprises. All have failed. It is replaced with Indigenous equipment...Darn a whole concern is dedicated to substitte impoted equipment.

If you can call J 20 a fifth gen fighter then damn man...you are day dreaming. And we don't need to waste money launching a human space programme. It achieves nothing right now.

Well adding a few more modules can make a super computer faster. But the ones we have are more than enough. We do not need to build one without necessity.

You are delusional. Come out of baidu and use google it is much more open.

"The development comes in the wake of a disastrous locomotives contract awarded to the former China North Rail by TransNamib, Namibia's national rail operator.

TransNamib bought four diesel locomotives from China North Rail in 2004, but ended up selling them in 2014 after a host of technical problems rendered them unfit for use.

TransNamib told The Namibian newspaper that "interface problems between engine and alternator", along with "poor braking and poor filtration systems", counted among the technical problems."

Yes Even if those are owned by the US companies so why not we harass only Chinese ships? You say you do not own any?

So from 'fighting a war' you have gone for 'deterrence'? That was a huge 'U' turn?

problem is japan and usa are only glad to watch and let india do the fighting against pakistan and china

Japan will not Leave house open to north korea and the russians.

While USA doesnt have the political will to fight bcos none of their personnel have been lost(like pearl harbor or 9/11) and there is nothing to gain in a war between india and china...

Sure sure, as long as it makes you happy.

I don't like to brag, you have every right to assume J-20 is a plastic plane. Back in 2008

Sure go ahead and add some modules and see if you can reach our speed. You obviously have no idea about Hi performance computing architecture.

Transnamid is a corrupted company and is losing money. They didn't have money to even buy spare parts bro, when we delivered those trains, it was tested and commissioned as per their requirement. Over the years, the company had no money to maintain those trains. Ask your metro companies if their Chinese trains are malfunctioning?:partay:

Well as you see our government decides what must be done as they fund ISRO. With just 13% of comanies that are state owned we are taking it slowly. Yes we have the capability but are waiting for sanction from government. If you actually bothered reading the article.

You know The Shalimar express in Pakistan broke down on its maiden voyage when it started off with a CHinese engine?

As you said Transnamid selected your company because you were able to bribe it's officials and not because you had a quality product. Yes they are.

Stop evading the question, I am asking you a very simple question:

1) If India withdraws without China even starting negotiations to stop or continue road building. Is that a defeat?

SImple yes or no.

Yes,if we withdraw without any negotiations or understanding to stop roadbuilding, its a defeat.
