hafiz saeed no proof against him presented by USA either or arrest warrant by Interpol due to lack of evidence.

Which is what the article I posted said. The point is why didn't Nawaz Sharif give it when he met Ban Ki-Moon? He had no problem raking up Kashmir, LoC firing etc but somehow the dossier wasn't ready? He actually said he would have given it the Modi had he met, so it was ready(in any case Sartaj Aziz had already waived it about in a press conference some time ago) and he didn't give? Why? What's so special about next week?

Probably on all those wanted. However they don't oblige by traveling outside Pakistan. Abu Jundal (Sayed Zabiuddin Ansari) was arrested in Saudi Arabia & deported to India on that very basis, inspite of traveling there on a Pakistani passport & Pakistan insisting that he was their citizen.

So this is a GREAT diplomatic way to show the world that Pakistan doesn't want war. No matter what you say about NS, he's a VERY sharp politician and diplomat. He's done this to Saudia on Yemen, he's aligned with Russia and China well and now he's aligned himself with the world on showing "we are peaceful". He wants to buy the next 5-7 years conflict free so he can fulfill his real agenda. The growth of Pakistan into a modern, peaceful and one of the top growing economies. Right this second, the leadership Pakistan needed is there for the first time in history. The next few years have to go by without a way so Pakistan can take a few big steps up on the economic ladder!!

well if they are wanted then just get an interpol warrant issued Pakistan would have to comply right?

We got to highlight Kashmir in front of the world in the PM speech.

if we had shared the dossier then it would have been followed by refutation by india and sticking to our guns by us. and Kashmir cause would have been altogether ignored.

So yes Kashmir is the main issue. everything bad in south asia is due to the root cause of Kashmir being disputed.
