The biggest issue is with the Muslims we already have here. The situation isn't getting any better my freind.

At best the British govt can keep locking the offenders of law in prison.

The bright side is that if this issue of Muslims and Pakistani's creating such a global ruckus in Britain had not come up, then Britain would still have been freely giving out visas to Pakistani's to go there.

Atleast the fresh tide has been stopped and that is how it shall remain.

The ones already inside, Pakistani's particularly - are mostly in the low income group - cabbies and the like - they would undoubtedly do something stupid and then get arrested...or they mend their Islamic Fascism.

There is another good part - the immigration from eastern europeans and other countries - like India(which initself is being reduced by UK) - would reduce the Pakistani's(the biggest offenders/most fundamentalist) proportion in the overall population.

Mate there are close to 1 million Pakistanis in this country and the number of Muslims is much greater and with the Islamic extremists not being confiend to the Pakistani community then the UK has a HUGE problem on its hands.

That's not really true. Bhindranwale had a HUGE following among the Sikh community. He was a charismatic person, and the masses were well and truly swayed by him. The general population in Punjab was hostile to the Indian army, and that is why they had to conduct the operation in double quick time before sunrise, so that all of Punjab would not converge upon them in a "black hawk down" kind of scenario.

He was immensely popular, which is not equivalent to saying he was right. It is the Indian army's (and the nation's) triumph that they managed to put crush such a popular secessionist, and yet ensure that the general population subsequently integrated itself into the idea of being part of India. Indeed, it was one of the most successful counter insurgent operations of all time.

Punjab today is one of the most productive states in India, and Sikhs consider themselves to be patriotic Indians. (Indeed, they have a disproportionately high representation in the armed forces.) But lets not sugar coat the past and pretend that the Punjab insurgency was simply the handiwork of a few bad apples. That is far from the truth.
