Until National long altitude SAM called Hisar-U became operational, We need foreign systems to be deployed as soon as possible. At current geopolitic puzzle, It seems S-400 is the best source !

SM-3, THAAD and ARROW-3 is basically designed to engage ballistic missiles. As far as I know S-400 is more like a conventional SAM that is doing its job inside of atmosphere ! so No need comparison... "Better" comprehension is a relative issue differing from costumers to costumers ! It is about What you requested / What you got / What you spent relationship !

Arrow 3 is good but not at a class of S 400 neither THAAD

S 400 Has long hitory behind it and it's family of missile generation after generation due to it's capabilities against any target range and can destroy any stealth jet last but not the least S 500 is coming too makes Sense 400 far better greater than any missile u naned

Even if those all system u mentioned at par with S 400 what u will say for Sure 500

In foreseeable future, We won't have a fight with neighbor countries having ballistic missile with their long ranges to be able to target the places locating under Turkish sovereign so anti-ballistic missile systems and their long period development schedules can be tolerated for our industrial incomes. Turkey needs anti-aircraft missiles with a limited ballistic missile engagement capability and S-400 will be more than enough to meet our urgent requirements.

There is a difference btw destroying A RU made sam (owned by other thanRU) and THE RU sam (owned and operating by RU )...
BOth of them do not want problem...that's why Israel can in some sort be able to target Hezbollah targets inside Syria...
Try to destroy an actual RU position and we will see if your speech will be the same...
(and Israel even tried on a RU Uav and failed...)
