• Turkey is in the process of constructing a site for a Russian missile system despite warnings from the United States to not buy the platform, according to a source with firsthand knowledge of an intelligence report covering the subject.
• The S-400 system is believed to have a larger range than the American-made THAAD missile system and is estimated to cost significantly less.
• Turkey is slated to receive the S-400 next year and is expected to have the system ready for war by 2020.

40N6 is not operational even with Russian S-400 systems, so it might not be part of Turkish S-400 SAM deal beside it is not clear that Russia would export 40N6 missile to any country.

It is accepted to service today. (Yes, exactly this day according to news) I do not think this system will be delivered to us.
