it is a matter of concern, if they have access to a Manpad, but the matter of grave concern would be if they are able to Fire it, and have been effectively trained with this weapon.....(sorry i cannot watch the video, its blocked)

Debandi Ulema of that time were nothing like the so-called Deobandi mullah found in today's Pakistan such as Fazal the hypocrite and his likes who have not even seen Dar-ul-uloom, Deoband let alone studied there.

Muna Gadaffi is dead and MoD has no intentions to disclose anything,do you know MBT-2000 of Bangladesh has many parts imported from Pakistan?If you still had doubt try to figure out any good reason which indicates it was in our benefit to export such stuff to anti-Gaddafi forces.
