Bottomline is, NONE of the diplomats who were on the first two Mi-17s nor the ones inside the Mi-17 that crash landed, nor the people on the ground (all eye-witnesses) ever saw any projectile hit the Mi-17 in question. You would think if the TTP's nonsensical claim had any element of truth to it, someone must have seen a missile hit the Mi-17's tail rotor but that is not the case.

This fantasy claim of TTP is only being given credence by the Indian media. Even the American State Department has already given the statement that they have no reason to doubt the cause of the Mi-17 crash as stated by Pakistani authorities. But no! How can silly and sensationalist India media accept that because that way, they can't score higher ratings!

I've seen some silly stuff on Pakistani media, but when I saw Indian media coverage of events, particularly those related to Pakistan, I gotta tell you, they beat Pakistani media hands down regarding the level of nonsensical journalism, bollywood music, cut-paste video editing, flash-boom theatrics. Just wow!

NA are having manpads supplied by Russia and Iran.


The dead included two pilots, a crew member, Norwegian Ambassador Leif Larsen, Philippines Ambassador Domingo Lucenario Jr and the wives of the Malaysian and Indonesian ambassadors to Pakistan.

The Pakistani Foreign Office released a statement confirming the deaths, also identifying the wife of the Malaysian ambassador as Datin Habibah Mahmud.

Dutch Ambassador Marcel de Vink, Malaysian Ambassador Hasrul Sani Mujtabar and their Polish counterpart Andrzej Ananicz were injured in the crash.


MH-17 investigation is done by Dutch and Malaysians.

This technical glitch, what eventually happens ? I am expecting one of the rotor stops rotating ? I am curious is because if that's the case, we can ascertain from eye-witnesses ofc is the one which stopped and then hypothesize the manner of descent ?

Correction, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. I doubt that time Iran was developing its own indigenous MANPADS.
