zakir naik certainly was defeated this time... it was one thing for him to use his fast talk to brainwash the fools in bangalore, kenya or other such places where isil and fsa can find recruits easily but that young man knew how to put zakir topi on the spot... but zakir avoids a deeper discussion by speaking hurriedly but authoritatively to the brainwashed audience and uses their claps to escape.

if zakir says the theory of evolution is "only a theory" and so must be discredited then one must also ask if god ( or 330 million gods and goddesses ) is also a theory because, to use zakir's own opening statement, no book or research has proved existence or non-existence of god... one must ask if atheist north korea fires two nuclear warhead rockets at mosque/temple-filled bangalore, is it so that some roohani ( divine ) shield will form over bangalore and protect the "decent" god-fearing citizens of that accursed place?? remember, india has 300,000+ mosques, the highest number in the world... there is also the point that these many number of mosques haven't removed any oppression and injustice from india... what has zakir naik done about that?? what is his contribution to humanity really??

can shri shri zakir naik answer why do hajj pilgrims suffering horrifying deaths while on hajj?? or why did the nepal earthquake demolish temple, mosque, church asunder in a matter of seconds with some worshipers buried alive as they prayed?? why do at least 50 hindu pilgrims get crushed in stampedes every year right outside the door of some famous temple they were so fanatic to go to??

islam was about simplifying life and bringing justice... one must understand that prophet muhammad would have struggled to preach the simplifying idea of a single unitary god in a culture that believed in multiple gods... that is the intention of the first part of the shahada... islam is a religion without any priest system because focus is not on constant worship of god with round-the-year festivals and wasteful rituals ... true islam works whether or not one prays... islam is more a socialist political/social/economic system than primitive godly worship... this is what will win the heart of that sensible atheist young man... anyway, the future is a post-religion scientific humanity.
