In fact, China has done an independent research about the net worth of the Soviet state-owned enterprises, the total net worth was about 28 trillion USD, it was made by 70 years of hard work of the Soviet people.

Many Russian traitors have collaborated with the West to enforce the Soviet SOEs to be fully privatized, then sold it to the western investors at an extremely undervalued price, even for free.

Those Russian oligarch traitors were made billionaires after their western trillionaire masters thrown them few bones.
