Clearly, we need to update the Agni curriculum to make it a Professional continental ballistic missile.

Most of the Missile Techs were developed far b4 NSG Clearance for Agni III and IV, But She Fails to realize the "still" existing BAN on DRDO and the Massive Advancements in :

Indian Space ( Rockets , Satellites , RLV , Cryo Engines etc. )
Indian Nuclear Technologies ( Reactor Tech , Thorium Reactor Tech , FBR with Hundreds of New papers each Year in Nuclear Arena )

which have NOTHING to do with NSG waiver.
