BTW is the report BY Anantha Krishnan for One India? IF yes, then i will trust his words.. He follows Tejas program very closely. If he says its 8G and beyond then its very well closer to 8.5G which is a very good achievemnt for a light tier.

They are integrating the refueling probe and quartz cone, both of which was delivered recently. They will demonstrate Tejas firing BVR missile in Iron fist. FOC is expected in March.

Tejas program is finally reaching it's final requirements. Fabulously done. Credit must also go to not only the our brains involved but also this new government push for Tejas.

well subject to the news regarding development of aircraft into final phase, is indeed a news to see that one at last flew however, let see how does it fly fully operational as had enough of news like

"its going to be operational... its operational.. soon again and on and on (all nothing but testing phase news)"

I say it cant pull beyond 8G. Until now still stands true. The low AoA still persists. Indian shall stop humiliating herself by letting this plane go on aerial display in foreign airshow.

A plane can pull more G's then the officially stated rating. Its the plane which is certified to certain limit. Even a Boeing 747 can pull 10G, but it does not means it is certified to that limit without damaging the airframe, and putting lot of stress on all the structure.

Whats happens here is that the Tejas have been put to the 8G limit, which was not done earlier on and what you are doing here is just a cheap trolling nothing else. My advice, take deep breath and take some Chawmin or Chaw Chaw, and leave aside all your craap aside.

so i would like to see it operational so can be compared.

Indian Airforce wanted to have all capabilities duly certified before inducting it in a numbers, thats why there is a delay, but now its in a track of FOC in march 2016, and MK1A from 2018 in number 100 nos, with MK2 development in parallel. DRDO have to fastern its belts and speed up its Uttam and Astra mk2 quickly before ADA develop MK2.

If the aircraft done it then no one is saying it can't be however, India has been claiming a lot about LCA so the claims cannot be rebutted until & unless the bird is finalized as per them. Rest the delays and a continue line of dates, is yet another story that no one can deny and success of JFT is already seen, can be saw and will be seen. Though no need to drag JFT or J-10 into it.

You are just mixing things. The news is the test pilot pulled 8Gs is different things, and the figher plane i.e LCA Tejas which is 8 G capable is the certification given to the Plane is by the CELEMAC and not the ADA.
