What's new

SZ-9 launched successfully`!!!

The Americans are suspicious of China's space program because it has ties with the military. That's why they won't allow China to participate in the ISS project. If they don't wish to share their space technology with us then we just have to develop our own :D So far China is doing fine and step by step our nation creates history as well. It would have saved time and money if they allowed China to work on the ISS.

a bunch of mean people dictate nasa. russia poses a much more military threat to the americans

Congrats China!

I hope in the near future, China could host a Pakistani for a manned mission.

you guys voices are noted!

We love our Pakistani brothers. We are united forever against Indian imperialists. :pakistan::china:

We will not rest until South Tibet and Kashmir are freed from Indian overlords.

The successor state (that's you Indians) to the British Empire is still subjugating Chinese South Tibetans and Muslim Kashmiris.

You didn't like it when the British ruled over you. Now, you make excuses to rule over Chinese South Tibetans and Muslim Kashmiris. You fought for your independence until the British went home. We, too, will fight for Chinese South Tibetan independence until you go home.

correct! indians are the biggest wolves in sheep skin! they live on big ambitions way outside of their means

Why pakistan is jealous with the card of china , Why they don't have any thing to tell of there own ????? :kiss3:

Pakistanis are humble and friendly people. They claim what they are good at. They are not braggers by nature due to their teachings in their religion!

^

I wrote that on cell phone last night. The phone automatically corrected Pakistan, but not China.

Thanks mate. not to worry!

Not impressive technologically. Somewhat going back to 60s and 70s. Critical analysis: The rocket is primitive nothing like the Ariane 5, Japanese H-IIA, Indian GSLV-3 etc. The Russians and the USA are even more far ahead. China does not to this day have cryogenic rocket engines and the old space cabins were bought from Russia. Rest was done with the aid of Israeli and Jewish technicians. A propaganda move by China not impressive.

Amusing news. China is now surely in the 1970s. They have done what USSR did in the 1970s. The Europeans, Japanese and Indians have a more advanced program in space than China but we are taking a different solid route. The space capsules of the 1970s (File:Shenzhou5-3.JPG) were bought from the Russians and the hardware for docking and sensors were provided to China by Israeli-Jewish people. As is well known the Chinese and Jews function as a single unit. No technological development but the usual Communist Chinese propaganda stunt. Only the Jews, Pakistan, Bangladesh and CPM in India think this a great achievement. Add to this Jewish plants in India.

Indeed they have reinvented the wheel. Our route via GSLV-3 is consistent, original and solid approach. Not based on acquiring old stuff and then using this for propaganda. Also China has several thousand Israeli and Jewish origin technicians helping them in various areas. Thus they have great dependency on their Jewish friends. Example if the sensors do not arrive they can not dock the next time.

U.S. no longer has manned launch capability. China is presently ahead of U.S.

No one cares what Indians think (as shown in your quotes). I don't bother reading the garbage.

You enjoy posting CGI?

My point stands. The U.S. has no foreseeable manned launch capability in the upcoming years after the retirement of the Space Shuttle.
Not having it and not doing it are two entirely different matter.

Americans have the capability and the know-how to do it, but they are cutting back on money.

That's total b.s.

The U.S. no longer has the capability to send a man into space with capsule technology. The U.S. is currently re-experimenting with capsule technology for the Orion space capsule. Your point is crap.

This is very simple. Can China send people into space? Obviously "yes" with Shenzhou IX in orbit.

Can U.S. send a person into space with its own technology in the next three years? Definitely not.

Well okay then, the U.S. is behind China in manned launch space capability. This is a fact.

Orion space capsule undergoing water tests. The U.S. currently has no manned launch capability. Period. I hate whiners that keep making excuses. Facts don't change when you make a ridiculous excuse.

Well, everything seems to be fcked up with just one mistake by choosing the space shuttle over the traditonal spacecraft.

Then you have to restart everything again, well this is life. :coffee:

So you are saying that the concept of the reusable vehicle is fundamentally flawed. I guess the world have been wrong all this time with reusable cars, right?

Definitely wrong. Being fundamentally capable is not the same as being financially able. If we want, we can put a whole of money BACK into the Space Shuttle program and have manned launches again. You obviously do not understand that not one shuttle is identical to the other and if we can evolve the fleet while we were using it, we can certainly develop a better version of it.

lol those clueless indian 'professors', no wonder they are so primitive

maybe due to the cost efficiency the reason got space shuttle program terminated...reusable vehicle is the trend of future space travelling, but the U.S space shuttle was 70s techs might have its tech limitation to upgrade.

Shenzhou IX space capsule is in orbit.

Orion space capsule is in a pool. Space Shuttle is in a museum.

China is ahead of the U.S. in manned launch capability, because the Shenzhoul IX space capsule is in orbit right now. The experimental American Orion space capsule is in a pool for water tests. It will be years before it is rated safe for a manned launch.

The Space Shuttle is a ridiculously expensive dinosaur (e.g. $1 billion per launch) and it was never safe (e.g. killed at least 10 astronauts). The Space Shuttle is in a museum, because it has become even more dangerous as it reaches the end of its serviceable lifetime.

China can send people into space. The U.S. cannot. Therefore, China is ahead of the U.S. in manned space launch capability. How many times do I have to keep repeating that fact to some of you dolts?

Now THAT is a reasonable argument. Man is the only creature that always attempts to impose his will upon nature. We will not be satisfied with sending only robots. The reusable vehicle is inevitable and the Space Shuttle as a pioneer in that endeavor will incur costs that will be financially prohibitive to everyone but US. The reusable vehicle is that imposition because we want to carry our atmosphere with us. We want gravity so we will spin the spacecraft or in the future we will be able to create artificial gravity. Who knows when. We will not be satisfied with the speed of light limitation. The Space Shuttle is only one small step towards the greater goal of exploring space with our own eyes.

The established expendable vehicle will not give us any more insights on spacecraft designs. If the Space Shuttle is of 1970s technology, what do you think the expendable vehicle is? Are we going to learn anything new with it? For now, the US will have to resort to this dated technology to continue our presence in space, but there is no denying the truth that a successor to the Space Shuttle will come along.

Stale argument. Give US a comparable record of 135 launches out of 7 vehicles from China then we can talk.

China can send people into space. The U.S. cannot. Therefore, China is ahead of the U.S. in manned space launch capability. How many times do I have to keep repeating that fact to some of you dolts?
And how long did it took China to get just slightly ahead of US? That is a fact, dolt.
