Don't worry about it. In my younger days, I was immensely depressed. And it lead to not giving a crap about my health.

I wish I didn't do that.

It means that the purpose of life is not just trying to make your own life comfortable but to help others as well.

For instance you call help a poor kid by paying his school fee. Maybe in doing so you can discover the reason of life.

So perhaps you would like to live your life for others, for a change ???
