Stop letting Pakistan Defence converted in to Wikipedia

Lots of good suggestions. We need to keep in mind that the mods are already overburdened and we can't expect them to police everything all the time.

From the above list of suggestions, here's one compromise:

- Post-registration waiting period before posting is allowed: this will cut down on spammers and suicide trolls.
- Threads started by non-senior members go into a waiting pool where they must be approved by mods first.

I don't believe in age limits or otherwise restricting people to join or post. As others have said, borderline trolling is subjective anyway and it adds a little spice to an otherwise dull discussion about military hardware. As long as it stays playful and doesn't get into abusive language or ganging up.

Finally, it requiers a little self-policing on our part to ignore trolls and off-topic posts. (I know we have all been guilty of these offenses ourselves.)

It will discourage non-senior members from starting lots of threads.
Maybe threads in the pool could expire if they haven't been released by the mods.

I don't know if the forum software has these capabilities anyway.

or i think someone said before. that creating new threads should only be a privilege for senior members.
but again, it will reduce the traffic flow on pdf, if you look at webby point of view. lol

I vote for this too, only senior members should open new threads until freshies can learn thier way around.

Good question.
First point, I did not called it Baised, I said Pakistani Mods are lenient at Pakistani trolls.

I come here for entertainment. I started here to know about defence but now it is more of entertainment.

As I said above other defence forums are moderated which means not much can be discussed by civilians, here we discuss a lot about civil topics too, which I can contribute.

Why you are getting upset?

But how can you contribute when this site mods are lenient towards Pakistanis....


Our mods are biased .... Their standards should be as high as Bratshit.com where you can type any word against Pakistan.... Yeah that will make it a good moderated site.... For Indians.

No bhai.... Indians don't troll... Only Pakistani troll all the time.. Its Pakistanis who make multiple IDs.... Its Pakistanis who make id with chinese flag (linlee the most recent....)

And the biased mods come and favour Pakistanis (thats why Pakistani elite member also face ban) ...... This site is so bad and countinous discrimination happens towards Indians.... Thats why this site have more Indians Than Pakistanis....


And even after all this freedom towards Pakistanis ... (Like on Pakistani forum the nation of Pakistan is called a terrorist by and Indian (Indian Patriot) and the guy still don't get ban because Indians as usual will start crying)
