My suggestions

1 Their should be special and separate policy towards Indian members in general and towards junior Indian members in particular.

2 One who has been banned for two times irrespective of his/her seniority should be banned permanently.

3 False flags or dual ID's should be banned immediately.

4 One who creates thread with intentions of troll or flames should be immediately suspended.

5 Their should be carefully monitoring of new members and Indians specially and should be banned immediately if they troll or flame.

why dont u say?
put sanctions on indians as other are like saints

3) Age limit should be imposed.

It's not possible to determine someone's age on Internet. Also some people got maturity in his 14 years old age. Some are very talent. Again, some are always immature even he is 90.

Number of moderators can be increased to stop abuse. I mean a dedicated Mod for Member section.

I 100% agree people need to wear the flag of the country they were born in and the one they are residing in. Or it simply negates the purpose of that whole flag system.

If we want to improve level of discussion and posts on this forum. We must have special moderation rules regarding Bharati members. You being a bharati can argue but I will hold on to my perspective.

I have been floating around this forum for 3 years now bust just recently joined. People are spot on about the quality stooping low on this forum, specially the kind of threads that one sees nowadays is simply unbelievable.. Some of the suggestions in my opinion are:

All new members should have an invitation to join from an existing full member. This way, the existing member would act as a guarantor for the new member and his behavior.

Any person who wishes to start a new thread, needs to have a vote of confidence from a certain # of members. The # could be set at 5 members if they belong to the same country as the thread starter and at 3 if the members are from a different country. This would ensure that only quality threads are created and the guarantors could also be reprimanded for approving a meaningless thread.

No of Mods needs to be increased. Mods, in my opinion are not being able to keep up with the amount of the activity that's been going around on the forum. This lets the trollers/flamers and thread derailers get away with many useless posts without getting the much deserved penalty.

i think the main cause of problem is lot of teenagers on this forum. & yes few mature one's with childish brain. sadly, nothing can be done about that.

I won't name names, but we have members here whose every third post is a new thread. I believe there should be a restriction on the number of threads that you can open, so as to encourage more discussion on each issue and reduce the number of troll threads.

First 15 posts should be moderated.... No new member can post without mod checking the post first. ..... If number of mods is less give the authority to TT and researchers as well..... And if Post quality is low take appropriate action ... Either ban him or Increase number of moderated posts.

Social and moral issues should not be the agenda of this forum.But these social discussion are actually the main cause of so many members in this forum which ultimately give a very different picture of the forum as a whole. In every ten posts at least five are related to the non defense issues.
