To make an omelette, you need to break some eggs. CTD's job is to protect 220 million people, if a couple of civilians die in the crossfire, well it is still a small price to pay. If the terrorist in that car in Sahiwal had escaped under the cover of civilians he would have killed a lot more than 3 people and would have left a lot more than 3 children orphaned.

Why has it been observed that people who are considered elite always escape the terrorists but ordinary people are disposed off like garbage?
