Although in 1947, Jinnah declared that Israel would not be recognised, times have changed and the Palestinians are busy rewarding Medals to Modi

This is merely a conflict between Arabs and Jews and there is no reason Pakistan should sacrifice its economy for some Arabs who are licking the boots of Modi who is comitting a genocide of Pakistanis (Kashmiris).

Should we really ruin our country for some Arabs who openly support the genocide of our own people?

A two state solution would see Jerusalem coming under international governance, and both Israel and what's left of Palestine would live in peace.

If negotiated right, perhaps it can be done in exchange for a referendum in Kashmir, debt relief, military aid, TOT, etc.

Pakistan should accept Israel if the Saudis are able to get the Palestinians' major demands met. If that happens and KSA goes for it, Pakistan should do as well. In all honestly, there is nothing of net benefit for Pakistan either way.

Engaging with Israel early on could have reaped some benefits like Azerbaijan having strategic ties but that was not palatable given the horrendous situation for Palestinians. This could have resulted in military, agriculture technology benefiting Pakistan. Water over the bridge.

Not recognizing Israel and being a hold out after Saudis recognize will have very diminishing returns for Pakistan. Our country is not very important in the overall scheme of things for the region, Middle East and the world. I think the only reason Israel would have Pakistan in its calculus is our nuclear weapons program and perhaps one more check-mark on another Islamic nation recognizing Israel. The other way around, Pakistan has no interests in Israel. I don't see Pakistan-Israel becoming huge trading partners given we cannot even get it going with long term partners that are much nearer to us than Israel.

So despite our own self-importance in the minds of some, nobody cares about Pakistan-Isreal relations.

We should not recognize Israel. Economic sanctions is a good step to punish them for mistreatment and killings of our fellow Palestinian Muslims. If the Arabs are afraid of Israel thats their weakness. We have defeated two Superpowers in our backyard. We can also effectively deal with Israel by involving them in a long term insurgency fight in Syria and Lebanon.

No. The borders are wrong even if you accept the idea of some state there. Acceptance should be conditional on significant border changes that are more realistic. The current ones are dumb and unnatural.

Our religious obligations and morality is nothing to do with the Saudis , their view point or conduct. It is Pakistan's and Pakistanis duty and obligation to support the Palestinians for an independent and free homeland and to be able to defend themselves and help them get due and fair compensation for all the injustices they have been forced to suffer by the colonialists and their poodles.

You do know India has been one of the most pro Palestinian country in the world?

Zionist are pagans who worship idols

Zionists worshipped the Golden calf after Prophet Moses took them to safety even after the miracle of the splitting of the Red Sea

Hindu are also pagans who worship the idols

so thats why both get along

Recognizing Israel before an amicable revolution with the Palestinians undermines the Kashmiri cause and the vision Jinnah set out for the nation in this regard.

Recognizing Israel, before resolution of the Palestinian issue, would be yet another shortcut to earn some credit with the international order, that would ultimately be fleeting and counterproductive. Just look at what the UAE was promised vis a vi the F-35s and how easily that fell through with the change in government in the US, and look at how that effected their reputation.

Furthermore, avoiding indulging in this shortcut exercise and using this as a moment to returning to a more self reliant stance would pay dividend and make Pakistan’s opinion more relevant anyway. Pakistan should be doing for itself what Israel has offered to nations that recognizes them.

Whatever the final decision, it should be taken based on pragmatism and a cost-benefit analysis, not superficial chest thumping about an Arab-Jewish conflict where even the Palestinians are shaking hands with your enemy, Indians

As for the low IQ islamists thinking they are going to free Palestine unilaterally, get mental help ASAP

Zionists believe in one god and Muslims also believe in one God. You should become friends.

Simply No and Never.

Allah (swt) gave Nuclear weapons to Pakistan and Pakistan ONLY for a reason.

Allah (swt) has created Pakistan to protect the Muslims and Islam.

Pakistan will always be the last man standing.

Biased Vote. Why should only No voters explain?
Because I see no reason for Pakistan to involve itself in some Arab's dispute 3000km away. Especially when said Arab is giving medals to Modi who commits genocide against Pakistanis in Kashmir and runs his election campaigns off hatred against Pakistan, Kashimr, and Muslims.

How many of these demands will be fullfilled. These demands are very soft to start with.

Following are the demands of the Palestinians for KSA raproachment with Israel :
  • Transferring parts of the West Bank currently under full Israeli control (known as Area C under the 1990s Oslo peace accords) to the governance of the Palestinian Authority
  • A "complete cessation" of Israeli settlement growth in the West Bank
  • Resuming Saudi financial support to the PA, which slowed from 2016 and stopped completely three years ago, to the tune of around $200m (£160m) per year
  • Re-opening the US consulate in Jerusalem - the diplomatic mission to the Palestinians - that was shut down by President Donald Trump
  • Resuming US-brokered negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians from where they stopped under then-Secretary of State John Kerry in 2014.
