What military items does SA export, anywhere in the world? Is SA self reliant in any field of defense? Can SA take on Israel, one to one, and win?

Unfortunately for us, whenever SA is discussed, our Muslim Hearts skip a beat and then we wonder why SA is so eager to bail out the US Military industry whereas they could just as easily purchase weapons from other suppliers. And in case of peace for the foreseeable future, why not invest the same amount in R&D, even with the US if it has to be, to develop next gen weapons........not only for personal use but also for export.

I believe that we should consult the moderators and webmaster for such a poll. We could really use an Arab moderator. I agree with that. I would nominate @BLACKEAGLE due to his seniority. We are both fairly new members. He has been here for 6 years (!) I believe. If not then @Arabian Legend - also due to seniority and the qualities a moderator should have which both fulfill IMO.
