US cannot control / put sanctions on egypt---. Egypt does not depend on US aid---. The US is obligated to give funds to egypt---. Egypt has a major resource in saudi arabia---.

Until now there is no concrete reason u give for US not to sanction Egypt for buying Russian arms. You are the one giving standard reason. I have give many example where they even threaten India, an major allies trying to rope into their camp. There is not much reason Egypt can be spare.

USA already threatened Egypt over the SU-35 deal and Egypt replied it is an act of sovereignty and no country is allowed to intervene in that issue .

Egypt has a relatively good Defense equipments ..... including Tanks,Armored Vehicles , IFF systems ..... etc .

regarding KA-52 .... it is working on Mistrals which is a amphibious assault ship .... so during amphibious operations you will need a heavy land attack helicopters. ....

BTW , Egypt will have 35 KA-52 KATRAN.... which is sea borne nightmare for surface ships with AESA radar and it’s KH Missiles.
KH-31 supersonic anti ship missile with 100 KM range .
KH-35 subsonic sea skimming anti ship missile with 130 KM range.
