Did I miss something? Article talks about revision not a move to implement the revised law.

Tell me why does it need revision when it isn't supposed to be implemented?

Religious relevance how its just social rules of king Manu 3000 years old Like all civilizations Romans, Egyptians,Babylonians have in those times

Just look at the triple talaaqs threads opened by these "very concerned" individuals.

A direct question to you- Do u support instant divorce, polygamy, Nikah halala or underage marriage of Muslim girls?

Second regarding to reservation- For ex, there can be a Jat Hindu or a Jat Muslim or Jat Christian. The caste is the same irrespective of religion. Jat as a whole are covered under OBC irrespective of religion. So you want a separate reservation for Muslims alone irrespective of castes creating injustice for students from the same caste but other religion. Is it even fair? Dont talk as if Muslims are not under reservation. Muslims are already reserved according to their caste in OBC and SC.

May be RSS wants an authentic compilation of historical transcripts of ancient history of Hinduism

Same is conducted by Banaras hindu university or aligarh Muslim university or jamia milia islamia JNU

It there prerogative RSS is interdependent organisation and free to do whatever they want

In this case Sanskrit Bharati (RSS) made tie Up with Union govt For historical Study on Manusmiriti transcripts The study will be Public Property Like All intellectual studies & Research i think there Should be No objection In this

I don't think muslim leaders/politicians passed and implemented the law banning Sati, it came from within liberal Hindus and was more acceptable to Hindus. What is happening now? Its the hardline hindutva leaders who are creating more noise than liberal muslims themselves. So it is natural that Indian muslims will be more defensive about this. Wasn't tinkering with religious sensibilities one of the reason for 1857?

No, I don't and I want it gone irrespective of how prevalent they are but at the same time, I don't like Sanghis loons imposing their will.

Do you think all muslims get reservation? The answer is no. Its certain sections among muslims who get reservation very much like Hindus. So why does BJP make so much noise when the backwards among muslims get reservation. Look at the below instance

Even after High court upheld muslim reservation, BJP govt scraps it. So you see where the rut lies.

So my question is why do they need to study it? What is it's relevance in today. The below is what the OP states

So what is it that RSS is trying to suggest to the government? Why does it want to see Manusmriti in today's concept?
