This is not even Govt problem..but more like our cultural issue...All the public sector and Govt officials are lazy and most of them are corrupt...So what can we expect out of them? In this time of crisis, they will find oppertunity to cheat people...

Obviously they will but you know the biggest problem is what? It is Indian media they will not highlight any of this and that will contribute to spread of virus. They will show Modi is Mahan and thus hide the fuckups being done by govt. So in the end who will suffer? India will suffer.
