Well make no mistake the neutrals and N league have all plans of rigging but this time they had to surrender in front of public because this situation is not like any they faced in the past. Army had to save itself as a institution and N league wanted to save herself from public beatings (psychical one). The situation was clearly heading towards a civil war.
Say thanks to the strong leadership and charisma of Imran khan , the neutrals never faced such a pressure before.
If IK becomes PM again I doubt neutrals will be in a position again to not let him complete his 5 year term.
For a country I think this is a historic change. In this age of enlightenment and social media people cannot be controlled even where dictatorships exist.
Or you have to become N Korea ban internet to stay in power. That too won't work with a invent of satellite internet.
