Second,even if it fails,its no big deal (thats if it is indeginous,and i think it is)...it has happened with Pakistan in the past couple of years...

1) When did any pakistani missile failed? (Not even an experimental one lol )

No one will go for the first test launch of a new missile in such heavy rain and depression.



Did you ever seen a missile test in such bad weather condition? I have not.
