Photos From Su-30 Crash Site Offer Big First Clues

Democracy was never suited for India... we should have followed semi democracy(only basic rights)..once we are developed then to democracy!!! That would have been better!!!
in the past 50 years, India democracy had turned into family business until Modi came up. I would say India is a democracy country since year 2014. Before that, you are not.

Goverment is made of its people, that's the negative side of your culture. Tolerance is good characteristic, but you shall have some limits.

I can tell you are a real patriot, let us wait and see what Modi could do in the nest few years. Xiang Jin Ping takes iron fist towards those corruption officers, they are bleeding people white. We Chinese know Congress always buy votes from poors, it is extremely disgusting. Modi is now concentratin on economy development. he knows once the people get a ample life, they will know how democracy works. A man or woman will not give a shit about politics or democracy when he or she can't make their ends meet.

IAF training actually sucks. It might be the finest on paper but we must remember that an entire generation of pilots have suffered miserable training facilities with the lack of trainer jets. Hawk was stuck since 20 years until 2-3 years ago, we still haven't got a basic trainer en masse and still rely on the old and rickety Kiran and Pushpak/Saras for basic training.

IJT-36 is nowhere for intermediate training.

The only means for those pilots in 90s and early 2000s, was to train in older MiG-21 (which is now phased out).

IAF really needs to improve.

Only Su-30 pilots who started training after 2005, were able to clock 300+ annual hours and that is a small batch compared to the intended fleet we are planning.

you can go for China K8 intermediate trainer at friendly cost, Yak130 for advanced one.

Now we have the trainers. Thanks for the offer though. :D

But it takes 5-6 years to get a full-trained professional fighter pilots. That's basically the years we lost during earyl 2000s and 90s.
