SU-30 is a fine Russian air Superiority fighter aircraft, however, in Indian hands, it's been degraded to something called an AMRAAM dodger. (Slow Claps).
If anything, the Indian Airforce needs to work hard on its pilots so they don't call out ''BINGO'' when facing combat after just 30 minutes of flying.

They (Indians) felt the need to invite an American professor, hold debates, award their pilot who was shot down and taken POW, give exact number of people killed inside a building on the other side of the border، redesignate their aircraft, initially denying losing any aircraft and going out of their way to claim an F-16 kill.... not sure what else do you need to fulfil any assessment.

It has no relevance to Pakistan. it might help India scare Sri Lanka and Bangladesh though. At the current time and within the next 12-24 months, PAF would've roughly fielded a similar number of 4th Gen jets with 150 KM missiles vs. India's Western command. With the current acquisitions and upgrades, the PAF can monitor and tackle airborne threats from majority of India's airbases and same goes for the IAF. So whether they get 250KM or 400 KM, the distance between Indian and Pakistani airbases doesn't change.

This would get much better for PAF in the near future. Once the Akinci and later KizilElma start to join, stronger AEW and BVR capability will be deployed with much longer loitering time than fighter jets, for much cheaper.
