People underestimate Iran's capabilities ... but does it really matter !?

When i entered this forum people named bavar-373's early mock up "oil barrels" !!!

But i can't see those people anymore... Only some stupids !

& being copied & assembled is the only thing left for them...

Since unveiling of the qaher 313 by the previous government they keep trolling about it ...

But ...

Won't last for long ...

Seems irgc interested in the project... I want to see it in a real combat...

But at the end ... We have to blame our previous gov for this !

Well I remember those barrels and if I recall correctly when reporters asked defence ministry about them he answered I don't knew about it and go ask about it from the people who paraded it . by the way those oil drums were about S-300 not Bavar-373.

@SOHEIL If you only mean dp members then actually no it has never really mattered and it won't ... but I think somehow it matters when it comes to other countries' leaders and decision-making centers .. most of deterrence comes from psychological effect of a country power that could project , to prevent wars you do need to instill fear into your enemies' mind otherwise they would underestimate you and your capabilities and attack you .. half of the problem lies on our side unfortunately the way we've presented our military achievements has not been effective and professional ...

On the contrary I think those who should, know it pretty well. I think it is the only reason that Iran was not invaded back in Bush era.

You're right those who should know are actually well aware of it but never underestimate the power of public opinion in favor of a war ..for example high American casualties in Vietnam (November 1967, American troop strength in Vietnam was approaching 500,000 and U.S. casualties had reached 15,058 killed and 109,527 wounded.) ended in anti-war protests in the US forced Americans to decrease deployed military troops on the ground and increase air strikes ...If American people had knew the possible dire consequences of war in Vietnam they would have prevented their Gov. ...
Look at American false flag to get public opinion support for bang bang before starting a war ...

Why would you want that ? Stage must never come to test weapons in real combat scenarios.

OT : Have always been amazed by development made by Iran in this field. What a country...
