If by 'culling' you mean encouraging and mentoring more Pakistanis to use rational, logical and civil rebuttals to Indian arguments, then yes.

With respect to outright abuse, racism and xenophobia, yes - the moderators already act on that, and we act on it regardless of whether it is a Pakistani or Indian. Too many Pakistanis seem to have trouble distinguishing between Hinduism and Hindutva. Too many Pakistanis have trouble understanding the need to respect other faiths, including Hinduism - these Pakistanis just make our job harder and end up helping out Indians who want to find something to bash Pakistan with.

The real world isn't PDF, where you can have Pakistani moderators 'delete' Indian comments and claims. You still need to argue and present a proper Pakistani point of view. If the argument becomes repetitive and is rehashed again and again, moderators will step in and make a judgement call. For example, when it comes to discussing the UNSC Resolutions on Kashmir, I usually just link to an existing sticky thread that I have bookmarked and if a member wants to keep discussing the issue, I politely redirect them to the sticky and delete the posts.

Be smart and efficient about how you engage. Utilize existing discussions and threads on topics that come up frequently and redirect discussions to those threads. Report posts where abuse or trolling occurs and let the moderators handle the rest.

The Indian Supreme Court itself seems no distinction between Hinduism and Hindutva.

This is from their more recent 1995 judgment that supercedes the one from the 60s.

While you had a perfect opportunity to explain your point of view being neighbors your decision went the other way to paint all Indians the same way. You have to have answers that are available to discuss when dealing with not just indians but other inhabitants as well otherwise it wont be surprising when you hear someone say that all muslims are terrorists. What is being done in Kashmir is not a secret but its not a global problem because we don't matter that much to the world. How did we get to a situation where we do not matter? One small reason would be that we do not know how to communicate our point of view without being over emotional. No one with the facts that are available about Kashmir can argue in simple terms about it being civilized. They will always come to the conclusion that its fair game for land. Thats all that you can do about it being very distant from the issue.

Your house hold products do not have to be from an indian store to be indian. Thats the tunnel vision that we currently have. Your priority should be to only buy Pakistani products available in a western country cause the rest of the world is complicit in what is happening. Thats your taxs at work. What all products are available there from Pakistan? Cause me living in Pakistan I usually end up buying western products cause they last longer or if I need disposable products at a reasonable cost I get chinese. I dont really need Shan masala or hockey sticks or footballs that much.

If a Pakistani has to manage a group of Indians in a professional sphere, it is like an undeclared war, with constant repeated sabotage and undermining and microaggression. Should the Pakistani resign from this mess because of some "la la la let's ignore them" policy? Really?

Have you come across this situation in real life?

I ask because I have. The results were exactly the opposite of what you describe. This was a brilliant young data centre manager, whom I managed to get into our corporate HQ in Chennai after a long-drawn out guerrilla war with the pan-chewing, safari-suited human shit-piles in the consular section at London - the last nuclear device being getting a recommendation from the group chairman who was then the head of BCCI.

He did rather well, and earned enormous respect.

They rely on quantity not quality.

Interesting. I've managed composite groups. How strange that it wasn't this feature that leapt out at me. I've handled teams of many ethnicities and many nationalities. Each had its characteristics, but I don't remember seeing this scintillating brilliance in any one section.
