Pakistan Rangers have the Terrorists surrounded and fighting is going on.

AT least 37 terrorists were killed in encounter with the law enforcement agencies.

A statement from the Sindh Rangers said at least 18 terrorists had been killed in operations in Karachi overnight, while in separate security operations, six were killed in Orakzai; four in Bannu’s Bakka Khel; two killed in a police encounter in DI Khan; three shot dead in Peshawar during search operation and two were killed in Sargodha.

Afghan official: IS kills 17 Afghan Army soldiers in east
An Afghan official says the Islamic State group launched an attack on Afghan security posts killing 17 soldiers.

Ahmad Ali Hazrat, chief of the provincial council in the province, said Friday the attack on the previous night took place in the Dih Bala district in eastern Nangarhar province.

Hazrat says IS fighters attacked Army security posts from three directions and after several hours of heavy fighting, 17 army soldiers were dead.

General Doulat Waziri , spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, says 21 IS fighters were killed.

Given they knew the location of these many khawarijs, it's almost certain that information was gathered before any of these attacks. Why were these people not targeted before these attacks?
