Have been waiting for months for a Pakistani declaration of war.

Nothing so far. Did you guys forget to fight a full fledged war?

I thought you were suppose to start a full fledged war to teach Pakistan lessons, wasnt that promised by 56 Incher. but now the time has come and 56 inch turned into 26 inch and hiding behind bunkers and attacking civilians...read the news, Pakistanis killed your 21 soldiers in Uri...teach them a lesson

Why ?? Because Indian army had already evacuated our civilians from the conflict zone.

And it's quite evident that your army do care about your civilians, by deliberately not evacuating them from Indian line of fire.

Civilians will and can die by accident which is what happens

India has never declared war on Pakistan first. We always allow Pakistan to do that.

When mortars are launched from either side they don't ask weather you are civilians or not before landing...falling for a propaganda is one thing however making accusation without giving an iota of thought is plain stupid....the biggest losers on both sides are always civilians as soldiers are in bunkers but civilians out there in open....
