Also don't ever think for that in your dreams,

Did you know? One Ohio Class sub can wipe out Pakistan & surrounding areas from the MAP even while been docking in Diego Garcia.

How much in KMs?

An American sailor single handedly can mop India off the map.

Am delighted that a new MOB at Bholari has become operational & i think in a very short time of one or two years as it's construction was inaugurated only very recently.

This location was identified back in the 1980's to create a MOB for PAF operations on the eastern & southern Sindh borders & it will have 3 FOBs of talhar, Mirpurkhas & Nawabshah.

In the 1971 war there was a huge gap between Shorkot & Karachi airbases. The gap was filled by Jacobabad thru the infrastructure developed by the USAF & now Bholari has covered the south-eastern & southern gap but I believe there is still room for a new MOB west of Dadu to cover the gap between Jacobabad & Bholari, a distance of about 400 kms. It will cover CPEC around Khuzdar area & its strategic bases.

Fighters from this base will be able to effectively counter threats from about 10 IAF bases across the border.

This base will require atleast 2 fighter/intercepter & 2 CAS/BAI squadrons & these can be easily dispersed to the FOBs & possibly at a renovated airfield at Jungshahi land for which was recently re-measured.

This airbase will provide CAS to formations deployed to repel an Indian attack under its Cold Start doctrine.

F-16's are stationed at Jacobabad, and will remain so.
F16s posted here are ADFs...as long as only F16s are posted here you cant say this base will provide CAS.

When No. 19 sqn received ex-RJAF aircraft at Mushaf, a PAF official said efforts were on to base F-16's at other locations. So, the sqn could well be on its way to Bholari.

Sixth sqn of JF-17's will be raised in a few months as well.
19 sqn is permanently there maybe 6th sqn of JFT and we are missing one this that AD assets will also be there.

And 19 is there btw I feel for 19 sqn men first from MM Alam to Musaf and then to Bholari :D

LAHORE: Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on Monday inaugurated a newly established air base, PAF Base Bholari, in the Bholari area of Thatta, Sindh.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony, Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman said the establishment of PAF’s new operational air base would play a key role in safeguarding the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project.

“PAF Base Bholari is a project of strategic significance for capacity enhancement of Pakistan Air Force in operational domain both overland as well as at sea,” Aman said.

PAF Base Bholari would also augment and supplement the very important maritime operations carried out by Pak Navy, said the air chief.

He termed the air base, located northeast of Karachi, as a “significant milestone”, adding it would not only strengthen the defence of Karachi and coastline but also provide aerial support to the Pakistan Army and Navy for their land and operations respectively.

Four F-16 aircraft presented a flypast to welcome the guests, including Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, who attended the inauguration ceremony as the guest of honour.

Agree with this. So far, India had a free run through Sindh at Punjab and up to Karachi, only prevented because of the terrain on Indian side. Now it seems we are focusing on this weak area, and bolstering it.
