Sorry boss but such "survey" is skewed. Does it reflect Pakistan's demography? The answer is no. It only reflects the views of urban, well off who have time for such things.

Given the results of this survey, let me offer a minority view.

The Afghan refugee problem is a red herring. Pakistan's problems are much larger than those attributed to the refugees. The benefits of repatriation for Pakistan will be minimal, if any.

On the other hand, it can be argued that looking at the bigger picture, and putting aside immature knee-jerk reactions, the antagonism towards naturalized Afghan-Pakistanis and Afghanis in general is causing us greater harm.

Annexing Wakhan in current conditions would create serious problems for Pakistan internationally. So Pakistan has to create more favourable conditions for itself. Pakistan would have to bait the Afghans into acting aggressively at a different border region, and may even have to feign defeat or cede some (low value) territory. That would give them the pretext to take Wakhan.
