Of course it is not similar. LCH is a foreign utility aircraft re-designed by Western arms companies to serve as a light attack helicopter in india. All the components are foreign purchased. It is only licensed produced and assembled in india.

WZ-10 is not a light helicopter. It is is a medium weight attack helicopter. Only slightly smaller than the Apache.
