"Indians are high on drugs again" - Indians are not really that famous for drugs and all. Remember the Opium Wars. Google it up. Oh wait I am not sure it works in China.

It must be at least the strength of an German Army with 5 or 6 full corps - each having 5 divisions: all in all around 250000 to 300000 soldiers. Even then consolidation and protecting logistics would require more.

IMO - clubbing such a huge force into a single division is not a good idea. Just imagine the supply strain once it crosses the Himalayas. Each Regiment will be around 80000 men. Each Battalion around 20000! Each company would be 5000 men and a platoon around 500.
