Do face exercises..
Steroids(mostly corticosteroid) n antivirals are used in combination with steroids like acyclovir..
but don't use anything if your doctor didn't recommend you..because mostly there is no need of medicines, mostly people do recover without treatment..Facial exercises will help to recover..
can you close your eye? n can you move the affected part of your face?

mujhy mild sa howa hai pata nahi chalta ..... i can move affected parts. close my eye as well. and today it is 5th day and i am feeling pretty well. ALLAH ka shukar hai .
I am using methylcobalmin and deltacortril which is recommended by doctor. and pregabalin

and doing my exercise. so hope fully i 'll be ok within a month in sha ALLAH

What are your subjects ?

I took GP, Mathematics, Physics & Economics at the A'Levels & got 2 As & 2 Bs

Then the next year they instituted the A* thing whereby those damn Bs could have become As & those As could have become A*s !

I also had a B in Chemistry at the AS Level but I could never wrap my mind around those theories !
