@Armstrong is an expert in the matter. @KRAIT helps him grow wheat in his backyard. I hope its wheat not weed. :fie:

BTW just a hypothetical question for all parties concerned in Naswar corner. If trolling or spamming on a regular thread is posting something unrelated, non-political or stupid on this certain thread how do we troll a thread like Naswar Corner?

Hmmmm....we have 2 troll ministers April or something and that other guy...ask @Hyperion

Thanks for the advice. I realize I should not be getting involved with the trolls but before I became think tank the most interesting thing I found on this forum was trolling the trolls.
should be with some positive aim, still way to go!

Doc, whats your specialization ? :what:

For my book a chapter is about a guy planting or removing wheat seeds while he chatted with a friend-meant to show the local rural environment of a place called Ladha-@Hyperion may know it but people there are currently calling it the most dangerous place even in Waziristan since it is firmly under HM's men and has previously even served as their center. Anyway to describe the environment I had to contact the Agricultural university of Peshawar which is the second best agricultural university in Pakistan. There was a guy there who specialized in wheat breeding. I had to contact many members of faculty before I actually got a response though.

The information I needed however was about subjects like when wheat should be planted and suitable times it should be harvested Btw they said it should be planted on Nov 15-20 and should be harvested in first week of May. By the way are you taught the same stuff @Talon or does this vary country to country?

Btw Mr Swati used a lot of complicated terms like agronomy crops, fruit crops, tillage and crop rotation which flew over my head without my knowing it like a Harkonnen No-ship from Dune.

@haviZsultan It varies from variety and yes some environmental factors may affect it also :)
