you see, there is too much nationalism and parochialism in india and not much sense of the reality of the problems.

what we in india need is a total cleansing of our political and social system, and that may mean we create a new country anthem... the present anthem hasn't prevented india from becoming "suicide capital of the world" with 250,000 people having suicided just in 2012 and 500,000 indians under age of five dying of malnutrition every year... see the numbers?? these are just two problems among many... no, we need a new society ( a socialist one ) and a new anthem.
