Yes yes, accepting charity from Arabs and Americans and Chinese is beyond me. Britain doesn't give anything to the Indian govt, they give to their own NGOs. We have already stated that they can stop their charity, it is they who don't want to.

By the way, a saying about galss houses comes to mind. Pakistan gets plenty of aid from "british masters" as well, and by 2015 Pak will be the biggest recipient of British charity:
