Abu Dhabi Systems Integration LLC (ADSI) was established in 2005 in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. as a limited liability company wholly owned by its two parent companies, Abu Dhabi Ship Building PJSC (ADSB) of the U.A.E. and SELEX Sistemi Integrati (SELEX SI) of Italy.
Tapping the synergy of their combined competencies, capabilities and resources, ADSB and SELEX SI pooled their remarkable expertise to create a U.A.E.-based technical and managerial centre of excellence for electronic systems design, development, integration and maintenance, able to provide state-of-the-art and end-to-end turnkey integrated systems while employing and training national personnel in this challenging field.
Fulfilling this vision, ADSI services today not only focus on the provision of integrated electronic systems, but also span across other fields where high degrees of specialization and technological know-how are required.
ADSI is involved, through its shareholders, in most major projects of the U.A.E. Navy, including the Ghannatha Patrol Boat and the Baynunah Corvette. The work done by ADSI on these projects is helping ADSI consolidate its role of service provider of choice in combat systems integration, and is setting the pace for more ambitious involvements in projects in the U.A.E. and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
In addition to combat systems, ADSI draws on the extensive experience of SELEX SI in providing civilian systems integration services and in doing so, serves as a vehicle for the transfer of technology and know-how between Italy and the U.A.E.

Caracal F
The Caracal F is a modern semi-automatic pistol in 9mmx19. It supports an 18 round magazine and boast unique features such as a short ~8mm trigger pull, extremely low profile slide and bore axis, the combined effect of which is greatly reduced "felt" recoil'. The Caracal SC is the 9mm Sub-Compact model of the pistol family aimed at users who require very concealed carry or high capacity back-up.It retains all the 21st Century technical specifications of the Compact and Full Size models but in an ultra compact, 13 round, package.The Caracal SC will be available to commercial users by fall 2012.

UAE engaged in an aggressive effort of technology transfer for defense industry from around the world from 98-08 it has paid off greatly as we can see here. We started our own aggressive technology transfer from 2006-on going. I hope it pays off.

The Engine Services Division of ADAT has over 23 years of overhauling a wide range of Aircraft Gas Turbine engines ranging from Turboprop/Turboshaft/APU/ up to medium and High Thrust Turbofans. These services began with the full overhaul of the RR RB211 and Hamilton Sundstrand ST6L-73 APU in 1987 to an impressive array of overhaul and repair programs today like GE CF6-80C2/-50 /CFM56/RR T700/500 and IAE V2500 under development. Our Turboprop/Turbo Shaft programs include the full range of the P&WC PT6A/PT6T series (Except PT6A-50). Our APU programs include the Honeywell GTCP331-200/250/350 models.

The unique experience of fulfilling the requirements of our own captive airline customers operating in the demanding Arabian Gulf Region has proven invaluable in understanding individual operators engine build standards. This core experience has been of substantial benefit in providing the optimum build standards and cost effective overhauls for our customers whilst maintaining the reliability, on wing performance and quality always expected whether the operator is based in the Middle East/Africa/Europe or the Far East.

We are ultimately a Customer Service orientated company and trust in the relationships we build with our customers and strive to maintain the flexibility of a smaller operation whilst in reality being a major MRO player. Our Fixed Cost and Total Care programs are tailored to suit the individual operator rather than maintaining a rigid business model for all.
