merry christmas to you all... though i do not believe in the islami mysticism of jesus having a "second coming" but full glory to jesus and his ideas of justice.

this is one of my last posts... sorry for this non-cheery part but it has become too much for me, all this nationalistic and religious fightings... we humans were not meant to live separately as races, republics and religions... i did my part in delivering some messages.

syrian-lion, your society is fighting a three-year-old war... may it emerge victorious... may it defeat the nato imperialists... please do your duty of defending your society... may the next christmas see a victorious syrian army.

vostok, your posts have always been practical and of common sense... we differ a bit in how we see socialist futures, but may we see the socialist future... and may russia, belarus, kazakhstan, tajikistan form a common boundary... may novorus see the next christmas proudly.

imran sahaab, you have been missing all these days... i liked your posts even before i became member... if only more people are like you...

mahmoud and ceylal, i suspect your nations will soon see a nato conspiracy... may your societies unite and fight.

jobless-jack, may the next christmas also see you playing the field and winning your "love jihads". :D

showstopper, i liked your profile-picture with tipu sultan, the tiger of mysore... we have some differences of ideology but you are a good man... thanks for the recent thanks... i will try to reply to your and the great-one's points about jamahiriya system.

norwegian, thanks for tagging me in your nice article postings... i hope you are able to holiday in pakistan... don't forget the minal restaurant... if i ever visit pakistan i will visit that wonderful restaurant step on the mountain slope.

waz, you have been quite a sensible mod, a gentle person and a good poster... keep being that... i liked the minimal discussion we have had...

your friend, jamahir the cat
viva socialism, viva humanity... merry christmas... :partay:

@BDforever

merry christmas to you too, and full glory to the cats. :partay:
Thank you, comrade.
Although the Orthodox celebrate Christmas on January 7, anyway, thank you!

Thank you brother... it is sad that you're leaving us...

on advise of others and further thought, i have decided not to leave permanently... so i will take a break from posting... see you when i am back.

I have been busy lately, thus my contribution to the forum was really low...

in your absence, the liers multiply, so be back soon... and you should try to bring more syrians to pdf.

merry christmas. :partay:

You do sound like a person who believes in humanity more than god and of course socialism :)

the prophets past and the next coming true preachers never believed in putting mysticism above humanity... be this the buddha or be they the abrahamic prophets or be they modern socialist leaders... they removed complicated worships of divinities and made sacredness of humanity the most prominent.

it is only the fools who dedicate life to rituals and mysticisms ignoring respect to the humans they live with... we remember those fanatics who were burned in a fire in the hajj tent city some years ago in saudia... regularly in india, there are deaths of a hundred in stampedes outside the doors of hindu temples... these unthinking believers in rituals and mysticisms could not be helped by the prayers they did all their life... if north korea tomorrow fires a bio-rocket filled with ebola and anthrax at india and saudia, i challenge the prayer-fanatics to save themselves.

for me, the most supreme is nature... space... no mortal can escape being destroyed if they fall into a star or just being without a spacesuit... i say that once we travel space or settle on other worlds, we will become truly spiritual... civilized and close to nature... now we are arrogant.

I'll miss your posts in science and technology section

PS:You dont've to leave

agreed, so no final goodbyes... i will take a break from posting, and when the poisonous people have fallen tired, i will be back.

by the way, our comet pictures don't show ice at all... it was "audio" or another member who said that this mission has been a blunder partially... but let us think of it as an asteroid.

though I've detested some of your posts about hindus, I'm sorry I'm just being frank.

thank you for being frank... well, the whole of south asia is nonsense... it cannot be continued... this much you too will agree, i think.

i wish i could speak to you over tea about how i find the situations in india the strangest in all history. :) tell me how i should speak of 69 people dying of hunger in darjeeling tea estates while nearby religious idols would be ensured food... believe me, those deaths pain me... i wish i could say all this to you over tea or a lecture... you would see my expressions then... i am not a psychopath like sarthak or sreekumar to laugh away such things or accept such things... we are talking about human miseries, which come because of wrong social systems.

and india is not the only place of injustice... which is why communism must be the system where ever humanity lives... no point in tolerating any other system in any place, be it banglore or be it baghdad.

you will understand my stand better if you too become outlier... :)

May all your wishes come true this new year (including the wish about your special one :D)

i am allying with "aam aadmi party"... truly... their concept of "swaraj" is similar to the older direct-democracy concepts, especially jamahiriya... i wish i could post more of that here but i worry about security.

part of my present involvement in politics is to induce her to take me... sigh... sigh... sigh...

A merry Christmas and a happy new year!!

to you too... see you on the other side of the break... :partay:

no girls in here

@levina, we have another doubter here.

he looks like a fun guy. not communist at all :P

i am a fun guy.

Thank you, comrade.
Although the Orthodox celebrate Christmas on January 7, anyway, thank you!

yes, i should have remembered that... i will take a deserved break from pdf... see you on the other side... an advanced merry christmas to you for jan 7... and maybe you can make a thread about those celebrations.

@Blue_Eyes

i am taking a break from posting on pdf for some time... you can look at this whole post and this thread for the reasons.

thank you for your reply in the isl thread... some of your points are good... please allow me to reply to them after my break. :-)

in the mean while, do also read this my post... ( The Worldwide Government | Page 3 ).

have fun this christmas evening... and be happy on new year's day.

see you after my break.

Frankly yes there was no ice on comet 67P...would asteroid be a better definition for 67P??
we do know that asteroids consist of metals and rocky material, comets are made up of ice, dust, rocky materials and organic compounds and when near sun comets have a tail. I'm sure scientists considered such factors.

.
sarthak and sree kumar 're not psychopaths, they must 've trolled you for your anti-hindu posts (ostensibly). :)
I did tell you that sometime you did hurt my religious sentiments with your posts. (no need to apologise), similarly other members must 've also felt the same and ergo you got trolled. I think I can be frank enough without offending you (I hope I've not because that was not my intention.)
But am sure you guys will get over all this and be frens.

Dear Santa,
I would first like to say how much I admire you for holding your own and not giving in to the 4,00,000 diets that are flooding the market and for not trying liposuction or indulging in the current trend, bariatric surgery. You are truly a mascot for 'Big is Beautiful '.
I would also like to thank you for demonstrating to the world that overweight people can be healthy as is evident from your sliding down chimneys and lugging heavy bags filled with toys.
So Chubby-Cheeks, now that I have flattered you a bit, could you please glance at my list and try to fulfill most if not all my wishes?

What I would like for Christmas:
1. I want a remote control that does not alter the volume of my TV but only the volume of the anchor especially at lines like 'The nation wants to know'. These days, the only thing the nation wants to know is what they have to do in order to stop going deaf.

2. I want to watch movies where the actress's lips don't keep changing sizes in the middle of scenes. It is rather distracting and takes away from the plot of the movie and my brain sort of freezes at that point.
3. I want a cure for a dear friend who I have nicknamed the Neo-Buddhist: The waiter will drop a glass of red wine on her dress and she won't lift an eyebrow. I make a funny dig about another society doyen and she won't crack a smile. I used to marvel at her Zen-like composure, but when I looked closely I realised that she has, in fact, not embraced Buddhism but has definitely embraced Botox. She isn't moving these muscles because she truly cannot. I was wondering if you could unfreeze her or something...
4. I want Jayalalithaa's cape. I would have asked you for Superman's, but I like the whole using our national resources bit and Jaya aunty also seems to take that very strongly to her heart.
5. I want the brooms used in the Swachh Bharat photo-ops. They are in such good condition; never been used before nor used after the last photographer slinks away.
6. Can I get taller heroes to watch on the silver screen? I know it's make-believe and all, but a five-foot man jumping 12 feet in the air and kicking a six-foot villain is just slightly less believable than a six-foot man just lifting his foot three feet from the ground to kick a five-foot villain. Get the math?
7. That's what I want for the nation and for poor ol' me? I want to be 5 kgs lighter, 3 inches taller, 4.5 years younger and if you can throw in a few more candle orders for my company, it would be great.

Hmm..Can I also request you to change your logo from 'the Christmas tree ' to my brand 'The Faraway Tree'? You know the saying, 'a rose by any other name...'. I am sure that works for trees as well.

Oh yes! I almost forgot. World peace would also be quite nice. I know it's terribly difficult and even God hasn't been able to pull that one off, but I have faith in you Chubby-Cheeks, since you are the only mystical, magical being that has no agenda except to bring cheer to the world. You don't tell people to eat cows or pigs or not. You don't tell people to convert or be converted and you don't tell people that killing in the name of faith is not totally unacceptable.
So, I have put out some milk and cookies and now I am going to bed. Do come and sprinkle your magic of peace and happiness. God knows, we need some desperately...

XOXO,
A middle-aged girl

merry Christmas mate, :)
why are you leaving?

i was checking this page... logged in to specially reply to you... you were among my first correspondents on pdf, on my intro thread. :-)

i have cancelled my plan to quit... what i will do is take a break from posting.

all this because i couldn't take all this inter-nation fightings, especially between south asians... rather than help pdf become a solutions platform, the members kept fighting... i wanting a communist humanity don't understand their nationalistic posturings... please do read this thread... i was the fellow responsible to get this thread to five pages... :D i have explained my positions.

see you after my break...

and while i am posting...

yuck... twinkle khanna seems already thin... why would she want to weigh five kilograms less... :hitwall:

i hate this modern trend of females dieting, looking muscular and aspiring to weigh 45 kilograms... yuck... :astagh:

i can't get myself to look at the muscular bipasha basu... she looks like a male... i can't get myself to look at some female with thin legs poking into a tight jeans... or thin arms or a flat belly or hollow cheeks... :astagh:

i don't like the modern dances where the female dances super-fast like a male... or where the male picks up the female... female dancers shouldn't be light enough to be picked up in a dance... if the male dancer is so interested, so very interested in picking up something light, he can pick up a male... why turn a naturally heavy female into a lighter male?? there are dancing styles that males should do and there are dancing styles that females should do... i reject the modern unisex athletic dances where the only way to differentiate males from females are the faces and the clothes...

females should be ladies... soft, chubby, voluptuous, plump... like nigella lawson or the older time south indian film heroines or huma qureshi or sonakshi...

sorry, showstopper... i couldn't control anger on seeing what twinkle was wishing for. :astagh:

to all ladies reading this post, wherever you are in the world... pay heed, hear me well... whether you ladies are of age 15 or 55, eat well, eat fattening food, become chubby... you look much nicer when you are chubby and filling your clothes... and that is the natural way... and then you can wear your leggings, tight jeans and other items i blush to describe here...

Agreed, up to a point. Gotta have some meat on them bones. I am still partial to a relatively flat belly and nice legs. Don't overdo it though, I'm not about them bony gals :P
