Not just political Islam. Any religion that interprets itself in a political form should be eradicated. Not because they are evil or anything. It's simply because they don't comply with the modern world.

Coptic pope supported military coup against morsi so they will always be potential targets after today. Christians account for a huge part of egyptian population. They are not a minority but they choose a side and now they will have to accept the consequences. Directly or indirectly they are responsible for todays killings.

Smuhs, I think its over reaction by riot police, but it was not one sided. First police was attacked by protesters brutally and a score of Policemen were killed by Morsi supporters and then Police reacted with equal brutality.

Those people were protesting and surrounding them and shooting doesn't seem like that police and army was in sane mind. They even shot journalists who were trying to cover the event. The facts speak for themselves as most of the news channels reported police massacring people.

First, coup itself is illegal...Most country they get death penalty.

MB was peaceful through out the year...You burned their offices...They never retaliated even when they were in power. It is so obvious that army and police think only brotherhood is dangerous for them.

You never allowed them to enter tahrir square...you killed hundreds of them when they were protesting....for the right cause.

You protested every day blocking the road...burning down brotherhood offices...They never retaliated...

When police finally broke the protest killing thousands of people....which they saw in their own eyes...Wat else you expect...

Its terrible what is going on in Egypt and its the Egyptians killing their own brothers and sisters. No matter what the final outcome the hatred generated from these incidents will live on years and only result in more bloodshed in the future.

Any humane person would condemn both sides rather than celebrating the killings. Whats to be happy about a country tearing itself apart.
