I will be happiest person to know that i am wrong and your statements are true...Of course..you have better information than me as you are a local to the place...Can you please shed some more lights about how come minorities are also supporting BJP? Is it true or just media hype?

I will be very frank to you. Actually, the number of Minorities supporting BJP in Bengal is minimal and these supporters are Indian Bengali Muslims mostly in the interior rural villages far away from BD. These villagers don't care about Hindutvavadi and other abuses by the so called secularists. They have been exploited for decades by the left and now by TMC. They need jobs, education, electricity and not vote bank politics.

OTOH, most minorities and almnost all the illegal ones (especially areas near BD border like Maldah, Basirhat, Gede, Canning, Habra etc. are die hard TMC now because of Mumtaj didis pro Bangladeshi stance.

Actually BJP in general is good for all neigouring state except Pakistan...Reason is simple...Indian people in general has no issues with BD ....Whatever is happening and trust deficit between India and BD are issues between the Gov level people rather than people to people issues...And BJP is helpful to BD with respect to relationship but BJP will not be so kind to BD illegal immigrants...

Are you seriously relying on a person whose own police has nabbed a Bangladeshi in the blast case? She was boasting about it only few hours after she blamed RAW. Wait for few days, she will chew her own words back and digest it.
